We are a homesteading, homeschooling family of eight living in rural Oklahoma. Although our three oldest children are grown and living elsewhere. For the past several years we have been homesteading in some fashion. We are learning how to garden, how to raise and NOT raise livestock, educating ourselves on wild edible plant identification and experimenting with medicinal plants as well. We currently have chickens, pigs, 2 dogs, and 5 mouser cats. 

     

   One of our dreams was to move to Alaska some day and build a log cabin in the wilderness, chasing a self-sufficient life in the Last Frontier. However, when we were ready to go several doors closed and we weren't able to leave. Now we are re-evaluating our plans and seeing if perhaps the Lord has something else in mind. In the meantime we continue to post videos on youtube, mostly from the farm and adventures from time to time. Thanks for stopping by!
